Rollesby

Rollesby is a village and civil parish in the English county of Norfolk. It is located approximately 6 miles (9.7 km) north-west of Great Yarmouth and 20 miles (32 km) east of Norwich.

The village is part of the Norfolk Broads, a network of navigable rivers and lakes. Rollesby Broad, a significant body of water, lies to the west of the village and is popular for recreation, including sailing and birdwatching.

Historically, Rollesby has been an agricultural community. The parish church is dedicated to St. George and dates back to the medieval period, with significant restorations having taken place over the centuries. The area is primarily rural, characterized by farmland and waterways.

The population of Rollesby, as of the 2011 census, was 1,075. Local amenities include a village hall, a primary school (Rollesby Primary School), and a pub.
