Padoin
Simone Padoin (born March 18, 1984) is an Italian former professional footballer who primarily played as a midfielder, but was also capable of playing in various other positions, including as a full-back or winger, on either flank.
Throughout his career, Padoin played for several Italian clubs, including Atalanta, Vicenza, Juventus, Cagliari, and Ascoli. He is best known for his time at Juventus, where he won five consecutive Serie A titles, three Coppa Italia titles, and two Supercoppa Italiana titles, in addition to reaching two Champions League finals. While often a squad player, Padoin was known for his versatility, work rate, and positive attitude, making him a popular figure amongst teammates and fans. Following his departure from Juventus, he continued to play professionally for Cagliari and Ascoli before retiring.
