Frank Baker (cricketer)

Frank Baker was an English first-class cricketer who played for Hampshire County Cricket Club between 1905 and 1922. A right-handed batsman and occasional right-arm medium-pace bowler, Baker appeared in 268 first-class matches, scoring 9,688 runs at an average of 22.22, with a highest score of 168. He took 23 wickets at an average of 37.65 with a best of 4 for 10. He also took 221 catches in the field. His career was interrupted by World War I. He also served as a club professional for various clubs, including Portsmouth CC.
