Roßkopf (Taunus)

The Roßkopf is a mountain in the Taunus mountain range, located in Hesse, Germany. It reaches a height of approximately 493 meters above sea level. It is situated near the town of Oberursel (Taunus) and is a popular destination for hiking and recreation due to its proximity to urban areas and its well-maintained network of trails. The summit offers views of the surrounding Taunus landscape and the Rhine-Main plain. The name "Roßkopf" translates to "Horse Head" in English.
