Art Ellison (politician)

Art Ellison is an American politician. He served as a member of the Montana House of Representatives, representing District 96, which encompasses portions of Missoula County. A member of the Democratic party, Ellison was first elected in 2018 and served until 2022. His legislative priorities focused on environmental protection, affordable housing, and access to healthcare. During his time in the legislature, he served on the Fish, Wildlife, and Parks Committee and the Human Services Committee. Before entering politics, Ellison worked in the non-profit sector and was active in local community organizations.
