Richard Bromley (cricketer)

Richard Bromley (born 28 July 1968) is a former English cricketer who played first-class cricket for Cambridge University and minor counties cricket for Suffolk.

Bromley was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-pace bowler. He made his first-class debut for Cambridge University in 1989 against Surrey, and played in a total of 10 first-class matches for the university team, primarily during the 1989 and 1990 seasons. He achieved a highest score of 37 and took 3 wickets in first-class cricket.

Bromley also played List A cricket for Cambridge University, appearing in a single match against Essex in the 1989 Benson & Hedges Cup.

In addition to his university appearances, Bromley represented Suffolk in the Minor Counties Championship and the Minor Counties Trophy between 1991 and 1994.
