VPB-54

VPB-54 was a United States Navy Patrol Bombing Squadron that existed during World War II. It was established as Bombing Squadron 104 (VB-104) on March 1, 1943, redesignated Patrol Bombing Squadron 104 (VPB-104) on October 1, 1944, and finally redesignated Patrol Bombing Squadron 54 (VPB-54) on May 15, 1945. The squadron was disestablished on July 27, 1945.
