RG Snyman

RG Snyman (born 6 January 1995) is a South African professional rugby union player who currently plays as a lock for Munster in the United Rugby Championship (URC) and the South Africa national team.

Career:

Snyman began his professional career with the Bulls in South Africa before moving to Japan to play for Honda Heat. He returned to South Africa to play for the Bulls again before signing with Munster in 2020. His time with Munster has been significantly impacted by injuries.

International Career:

Snyman made his debut for the Springboks in 2018. He was a member of the South African squad that won the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Japan and the 2023 Rugby World Cup in France. He is known for his imposing size, strength, and athleticism.

Playing Style:

Snyman is a dominant presence in the lineout and a powerful ball carrier. His physicality and ability to disrupt opposition attacks make him a valuable asset to any team.
