Jeff Pain

Jeff Pain (born December 14, 1970) is a Canadian retired skeleton racer. He competed in three Winter Olympic Games, winning a silver medal at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin.

Pain also enjoyed significant success in World Cup competitions, winning the overall World Cup title in the 2004–05 and 2005–06 seasons. He earned multiple World Cup race victories throughout his career.

Prior to skeleton, Pain competed as a decathlete. He transitioned to skeleton in the late 1990s and quickly became one of Canada's top athletes in the sport.

Following his athletic career, Pain has been involved in coaching and mentoring athletes. He is regarded as a prominent figure in Canadian skeleton racing history.
