Ptocasius

Ptocasius is a genus of jumping spiders (family Salticidae). These spiders are found primarily in Asia. They are characterized by their relatively small size and distinctive markings. Little specific information is widely available about the behavior or ecology of Ptocasius species compared to more well-studied jumping spider genera. The genus was first described by Simon in 1901.
