Pru East (Ghana parliament constituency)

Pru East is a constituency in the Parliament of Ghana. It is located in the Pru East District of the Bono East Region. The constituency elects one Member of Parliament (MP) using the first-past-the-post electoral system.

Boundaries

The Pru East constituency is entirely within the Pru East District of the Bono East Region. Its boundaries are defined by the Electoral Commission of Ghana.

Elections

General elections are held every four years to elect the Member of Parliament for Pru East. Voters who are registered in the constituency and are at least 18 years of age are eligible to vote. The candidate who receives the most votes wins the election.
