Big Top (album)
Big Top is a 1991 studio album by the American alternative rock band, The Connells. It was released on TVT Records. The album represented a departure from the jangle-pop sound of their earlier work, incorporating heavier guitar riffs and a more aggressive overall sound. While not as commercially successful as some of their later releases, Big Top is considered a transitional album for the band, showcasing their evolving musical style. Key tracks include "Stone Cold Yesterday" and "Something to Say." The album's title, Big Top, does not appear to have a specific conceptual link to the album's themes or content, but likely served as a memorable and evocative title.
