Ossory (horse)
Ossory was a British Thoroughbred racehorse that competed in the early 20th century. Foaled in 1919, he was owned and bred by Lord Queensberry. Ossory is primarily remembered for winning the 1922 St. Leger Stakes, a prestigious Classic race held at Doncaster. While not a consistent performer throughout his career, his St. Leger victory secured his place in racing history. Further details of his breeding, other race results, and subsequent stud career, if any, are scarce and not widely documented.
