OceanLab
OceanLab was a trance music act formed in 2000 and consisting of Justine Suissa (vocals) and the members of Above & Beyond (Jono Grant, Tony McGuinness, and Paavo Siljamäki). The group is best known for their melodic, vocal-driven trance tracks.
OceanLab's discography includes the acclaimed album Sirens of the Sea released in 2008, featuring singles such as "Sirens of the Sea," "Miracle," "Breaking Ties," and "Lonely Girl." These tracks achieved considerable popularity within the trance community and beyond, often noted for Suissa's distinctive vocals and Above & Beyond's signature production style.
In 2009, an acoustic album titled Sirens of the Sea Remixed was released, featuring new interpretations of their existing tracks. While the act has not released new material under the OceanLab name since, its members have continued to be active in the music industry, with Justine Suissa collaborating with Above & Beyond and other artists on various projects. OceanLab's music continues to be celebrated and played within the electronic music scene.
