Oakwell
Oakwell is a football stadium in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, England. It has been the home ground of Barnsley Football Club since 1888. The stadium currently has a capacity of 23,287.
Oakwell is comprised of four stands: the West Stand (traditionally the main stand), the North Stand (often referred to as the Ponty End), the East Stand (housing away supporters), and the South Stand (also known as the CK Beckett Stand).
Over the years, Oakwell has undergone various renovations and expansions. It is a traditional football ground and an important part of Barnsley's history and identity. Beyond hosting Barnsley FC matches, Oakwell has also been used for other events, including concerts and rugby league games.
