Cem Erman

Cem Erman (born January 1, 1947, Istanbul – died October 26, 2022, Istanbul) was a Turkish actor and voice actor. He was known primarily for his prolific career dubbing foreign films and television series into Turkish.

Erman began his acting career in theatre before transitioning to film and television. While he appeared in a number of Turkish productions, he gained wider recognition for his voice-over work. He dubbed the voices of numerous prominent actors, including Sylvester Stallone (as Rocky Balboa and John Rambo), Arnold Schwarzenegger, and many others, becoming strongly associated with these characters for Turkish audiences.

His voice acting contributions spanned various genres, from action and science fiction to comedy and drama. He was a highly sought-after voice actor and a recognizable figure in the Turkish dubbing industry for decades.

Erman's death in 2022 marked the end of a significant era in Turkish voice acting.
