Marilyn Manson (band)
Marilyn Manson is an American rock band formed in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in 1989. Known for its controversial stage personas and imagery, the band's name is a combination of the names of actress Marilyn Monroe and cult leader Charles Manson.
The band was formed by vocalist Brian Hugh Warner (Marilyn Manson) and guitarist Scott Putesky (Daisy Berkowitz).
