Lohar Deo
Lohar Deo was a medieval Indian ruler belonging to the Kalachuri dynasty of Tripuri. He reigned in the Jejakabhukti region (present-day Bundelkhand) in the 12th century CE. Information about Lohar Deo is primarily derived from inscriptions and literary sources which provide insights into his reign and Kalachuri administration. He succeeded Yashahkarna on the Kalachuri throne. His reign is generally considered a period of continued prosperity and relative stability for the Kalachuri kingdom, though details of his specific military campaigns or significant political events are somewhat limited in surviving records. He was succeeded by his son, Trailokya-varman. His reign is significant within the broader context of Kalachuri history as it represents a continuation of their power before the eventual decline of the dynasty.
