Bevensen

Bevensen is a town in the district of Lüneburg, in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is situated approximately 50 km southeast of Hamburg, and 15 km east of Uelzen.

Bevensen is known for its historic town center, the St. Mauritius Church, and the surrounding heathland. The town is part of the Samtgemeinde Bevensen-Ebstorf, a collective municipality consisting of several smaller communities.
