Paul Anderson (Minnesota state senator)

Paul Anderson is a Republican politician and former Minnesota State Senator who represented District 12, which includes portions of west-central Minnesota.

Anderson served in the Minnesota Senate from 2003 to 2023. Prior to his service in the Senate, he served in the Minnesota House of Representatives from 1995 to 2003, representing District 12A.

During his tenure in the Senate, Anderson served on various committees, including those related to agriculture, energy, environment, and transportation. He often focused on issues related to rural Minnesota and agricultural policy. He also held leadership positions within the Senate Republican caucus.

Anderson did not seek re-election in 2022.
