Noel Cox

Noel Cox is a constitutional law academic, historian, and barrister, specializing in the constitutional law of the Commonwealth. He has held academic positions in several universities, including Auckland University of Technology and Aberystwyth University. His research interests include the monarchy, constitutional history, and comparative constitutional law.
