Neil Carson (businessman)

Neil Carson is a British businessman, primarily known for his tenure as the Chief Executive Officer of Johnson Matthey, a specialty chemicals company. He served in this role from 2005 to 2017.

Carson joined Johnson Matthey in 1980 and held various positions within the company before ascending to the CEO role. During his leadership, Johnson Matthey experienced significant growth and focused on developing sustainable technologies, particularly in the areas of catalysts for emission control and battery materials. He oversaw expansion into new markets and increased investment in research and development.
