Buddy Games is an American reality competition television series that premiered on CBS on September 14, 2023. The series, hosted by Josh Duhamel, features teams of friends who compete in a variety of physical and mental challenges to win a grand prize. The "Buddy Games" concept originated from Duhamel's real-life annual competition among his own group of friends.

The show follows a format where six teams of four individuals, all pre-existing friend groups, participate in outrageous and physically demanding challenges designed to test their bonds and abilities.
