Murray Rose (politician)

Murray Rose (born August 3, 1945) is an Australian politician. He was a Liberal Party member of the New South Wales Legislative Council from 1991 to 1999.

Rose was educated at The Armidale School and Hawkesbury Agricultural College. Before entering politics, he was a farmer and grazier.

In the Legislative Council, Rose served on various committees, including those related to agriculture, rural affairs, and the environment. His political interests centered on rural issues, drought mitigation, and improving infrastructure in regional New South Wales. He was a vocal advocate for the agricultural sector within the Liberal Party and the parliament.
