Keith Newell (American football)

Keith Newell is a former American football player who played as a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL).

Newell played college football at Baylor University.

Following his college career, Newell was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the 12th round of the 1987 NFL Draft. He played for the Seahawks in 1987 and 1988.

After his stint with the Seahawks, Newell played for the Phoenix Cardinals in 1989.
