Montreal Royal (UFA)

The Montreal Royal were a professional ultimate frisbee team based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. They were a founding member of the Ultimate Frisbee Association (UFA), later known as the American Ultimate Disc League (AUDL), and competed in the league's East Division.

The team was founded in 2014 and participated in the inaugural UFA season. The Royal aimed to showcase the athleticism and excitement of ultimate frisbee to a wider audience. They played their home games at various venues in and around Montreal.

The Montreal Royal ceased operations after the 2019 season. The AUDL announced the team's departure, citing challenges related to operating a team across international borders.
