Montenach

Montenach is a municipality in the Moselle department in Grand Est in northeastern France. It is part of the arrondissement of Thionville and the canton of Bouzonville. Montenach is located near the border with Germany and is part of the natural region known as the Pays de Sierck. The commune is predominantly rural and agricultural. Its inhabitants are known as Montenachois.
