Braničevo (Golubac)

Braničevo is a village located in the municipality of Golubac, in the Braničevo District of Serbia. It is situated on the right bank of the Danube River, downstream from Golubac Fortress.

The village's history is intertwined with the history of the surrounding region, particularly the fortress and the Danube. Agriculture and fishing are traditional occupations for the inhabitants. The area is characterized by its natural beauty and proximity to the Iron Gate gorge.
