Mike Nagy

Mike Nagy is a professional American football coach. He is best known for his offensive coaching experience, particularly as it relates to the development of quarterbacks.

Nagy has held various coaching positions in the National Football League (NFL). He served as the offensive coordinator for the Kansas City Chiefs under head coach Andy Reid before becoming the head coach of the Chicago Bears in 2018.

During his tenure as head coach of the Chicago Bears, Nagy's teams achieved moderate success, including a playoff appearance in 2018. However, his offensive schemes and quarterback management drew significant criticism during his tenure. He was eventually relieved of his duties following the 2021 season.

After leaving the Bears, Nagy returned to the Kansas City Chiefs organization as quarterbacks coach in 2022. He was subsequently promoted to offensive coordinator in 2023, again under head coach Andy Reid. He was the Offensive Coordinator as the Chiefs won Super Bowl LVII.
