Mike MacDonald (rugby union)

Mike MacDonald (born September 2, 1980) is a Canadian former rugby union player. He primarily played as a lock.

MacDonald represented Canada at three Rugby World Cups: 2003, 2007, and 2011. He earned over 50 caps for the Canadian national team, making him one of Canada's most capped players.

At the club level, MacDonald played for various teams, including Leeds Tykes and Plymouth Albion in England, and the Seattle Saracens in the United States.

After retiring from professional rugby, MacDonald remained involved in the sport through coaching and other roles. He is considered a significant figure in Canadian rugby history.
