Maurice Harris (American football)

Maurice Harris (born December 19, 1992) is a former American football wide receiver. He played college football at the University of California, Berkeley.

College Career

Harris played for the California Golden Bears from 2012 to 2015. During his time there, he was a consistent contributor to the receiving corps, known for his reliable hands and ability to make contested catches. He compiled a notable number of receptions and receiving yards during his college career.

Professional Career

Harris was signed by the Washington Redskins as an undrafted free agent in 2016. He spent several seasons with the Redskins, primarily as a reserve receiver and special teams player. He is perhaps best known for making a remarkable one-handed catch against the Minnesota Vikings in 2016.

After his time with the Redskins, Harris spent time with the New England Patriots, signing with the team in 2019. He was released and later signed by the Los Angeles Chargers. He was released from the Chargers after training camp.
