Ciel is a Korean manhwa (comic) written and illustrated by Rhim Ju-yeon. It is a historical fantasy story set in a fictionalized Victorian-era London. The series focuses on Ciel, a young boy who becomes a woman after making a pact with a demon.

The core plot revolves around Ciel's struggle to maintain his/her secret identity while working as a detective and investigating various cases, often involving supernatural elements. The demon, named Mikhail, serves as Ciel's partner and protector, bound to him/her by their contract. Mikhail possesses immense power and aids Ciel in solving mysteries in exchange for Ciel's soul once their agreement is fulfilled.
