Mark Randall (basketball)
Mark Randall (born September 30, 1967, in Edina, Minnesota) is an American former professional basketball player. He played collegiately at the University of Kansas, where he was a member of the Jayhawks team that won the 1988 NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament.
A 6'8" (2.03 m) forward, Randall was selected by the Chicago Bulls in the first round (28th overall) of the 1991 NBA draft. He played four seasons in the NBA, appearing for the Bulls, Minnesota Timberwolves, Denver Nuggets, and Detroit Pistons. His NBA career spanned from 1991 to 1995.
Following his NBA career, Randall played professionally overseas in various European leagues. Details about his post-NBA career are less widely documented. He is generally remembered for his role on the championship-winning Kansas Jayhawks team and his relatively brief NBA stint.
