Redmi 5

The Redmi 5 is a budget-friendly Android smartphone developed by Xiaomi. It was released in December 2017 as part of the Redmi series. The device features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor, a 5.7-inch HD+ display with an 18:9 aspect ratio, and a single 12-megapixel rear camera. It also includes a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies.

The Redmi 5 came pre-installed with MIUI, Xiaomi's custom Android skin. It was available in various storage and RAM configurations, typically ranging from 2GB to 4GB of RAM and 16GB to 32GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD card. Connectivity options included Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a microUSB port. A fingerprint sensor was usually located on the rear of the device.
