Luce Bay

Luce Bay is a large bay in the southwest of Scotland. It is located on the eastern side of the Rhins of Galloway peninsula. The bay is roughly rectangular in shape, measuring approximately 20 miles (32 km) wide at its mouth and extending inland for about 12 miles (19 km).

The principal settlements around Luce Bay include Sandhead, Port William, and Glenluce. The bay is bordered by varied landscapes, ranging from sandy beaches and dunes to rocky cliffs and agricultural land.
