LouFest
LouFest was an annual two-day music festival held in St. Louis, Missouri, typically in Forest Park. Founded in 2010 by Brian Cohen, it showcased a diverse lineup of national and local alternative, indie rock, and hip-hop acts. The festival aimed to cultivate a vibrant community atmosphere and contribute to the city's cultural landscape. LouFest featured multiple stages, food vendors, art installations, and other attractions. After a successful run for several years, the festival faced financial difficulties and ultimately was cancelled abruptly in 2018, leaving many attendees and vendors unpaid. Attempts to revive the festival under new management have been unsuccessful as of late 2023.
