Live at Budokan (Stormtroopers of Death album)
Live at Budokan is a live album by the American crossover thrash band Stormtroopers of Death (S.O.D.). It was recorded at the Nippon Budokan Hall in Tokyo, Japan, on November 27, 1992, during the band's reunion tour following their initial break-up.
The album features a setlist primarily composed of tracks from S.O.D.'s debut album, Speak English or Die, as well as selections from their second album, Bigger Than the Devil. The recording captures the raw energy and aggressive performance style that characterized S.O.D.'s live shows.
Live at Budokan provides fans with a documented snapshot of S.O.D.'s reunion and showcases the band's influence on the crossover thrash genre. The album’s title is a tongue-in-cheek reference to several other famous live albums titled "Live at Budokan," most notably Cheap Trick's At Budokan.
