Leo Suni
Leo Suni (born August 14, 1957) is a Finnish politician and a former Member of the European Parliament (MEP) representing the National Coalition Party (Kokoomus). He served as an MEP from 1999 to 2009.
Prior to his career in the European Parliament, Suni worked in various positions in Finnish politics and business. His political focus areas included economic policy, trade, and regional development. While in the European Parliament, he was a member of the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs.
Suni is known for his pro-European views and his advocacy for closer economic integration within the European Union. After leaving the European Parliament, he has remained involved in public life through various advisory and consulting roles.
