Krestovsky Ostrov (Saint Petersburg Metro)

Krestovsky Ostrov is a station on the Frunzensko-Primorskaya Line (Line 5) of the Saint Petersburg Metro. It is located on Krestovsky Island, giving the station its name. The station opened on September 3, 1999, as part of the first stage of the line's extension northwards.

The station is a deep-level, single-vault type. The design features a minimalist aesthetic, with white marble cladding on the walls and a light-colored vaulted ceiling. The platform is accessed by escalators from a surface vestibule situated near Ruzoy Bridge.
