Kangos

Kangos is a village situated in Pajala Municipality, Norrbotten County, in northern Sweden. It lies approximately 15 kilometers north of the Arctic Circle. The village is located along the Muonio River, which forms the border between Sweden and Finland. Kangos is known for its sparsely populated landscape, characterized by forests, rivers, and lakes. Historically, the area's economy has revolved around forestry, agriculture, and reindeer herding, which is practiced by the Sami people.
