Judgment Day (2004)

Judgment Day was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) in 2004. It took place on May 16, 2004, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. It was the sixth event in the Judgment Day chronology.

The event featured wrestlers from both the Raw and SmackDown! brands. The main event on the SmackDown! side saw Eddie Guerrero defend the WWE Championship against John "Bradshaw" Layfield (JBL). The primary match for Raw featured Chris Benoit defending the World Heavyweight Championship against Triple H.

Other notable matches included a match between The Undertaker and Booker T, as well as a singles match between Torrie Wilson and Dawn Marie.

The event is generally considered to be a moderately successful PPV for WWE, with the main event WWE Championship match between Guerrero and JBL being particularly well-received.
