Jorge Aguirre (author)

Jorge Aguirre is an American author and playwright, primarily known for his work in children's and young adult literature. He is frequently credited as Jorge A. Aguirre.

Aguirre is the co-creator and writer of the graphic novel series Chronicles of Claudette, published by First Second, in collaboration with Rafael Rosado. The series includes Claudette 1: Dragons Beware!, Claudette 2: Giants Beware!, and Claudette 3: Beasts Beware!. These action-adventure stories follow the titular Claudette as she battles mythical creatures.
