Jon Sonju

Jon Sonju is a former Republican politician from the state of Montana. He served as the 46th Lieutenant Governor of Montana from 2009 to 2013, under Governor Brian Schweitzer. Prior to his role as Lieutenant Governor, Sonju served as a Montana State Senator representing District 4, which encompasses portions of Flathead County. His political career also includes service in the Montana House of Representatives. Sonju is a businessman and rancher by profession. He holds a degree in Animal Science from Montana State University. Following his term as Lieutenant Governor, Sonju has remained involved in Montana civic and business affairs.
