John Mace (Australian cricketer)

John Mace (born December 31, 1853, date of death unknown) was an Australian cricketer who played first-class cricket for New South Wales and Tasmania.

A right-handed batsman, Mace played one match for New South Wales in 1877, scoring 6 and 4 against Victoria. He subsequently moved to Tasmania and represented the state in three first-class matches between 1882 and 1884. His highest score was 20, made against Victoria in 1883. Details of his career outside of these first-class appearances are limited.
