John Brimacombe (Australian footballer)

John Brimacombe was an Australian rules footballer who played for Fitzroy in the Victorian Football League (VFL) during the 1940s.

Brimacombe debuted for Fitzroy in 1940 and played as a wingman. He was a member of Fitzroy's 1944 premiership team, playing in the grand final victory over Richmond. He continued to play for Fitzroy until his retirement. His career was interrupted by service in World War II.
