QTY (band)

QTY is an American indie rock band formed in New York City in 2016. The band consists of Alex Niemetz (vocals, guitar), Dan Lardner (vocals, guitar), Peter Scalettar (bass), and Alan Liljestrand (drums).

QTY gained attention for their energetic live shows and distinct dual-vocal approach. They blend elements of classic power pop, garage rock, and art rock.

The band released their self-titled debut album, QTY, in 2017 via Dirty Hit Records. The album was well-received by critics, praised for its catchy melodies, tight instrumentation, and the interplay between Niemetz and Lardner's vocals.

Prior to the album's release, QTY issued several singles, which helped to build their fanbase and establish their sound. They have toured extensively, both as headliners and as support for other artists.
