Joe O'Connor (snooker player)

Joe O'Connor (born 8 November 1995) is an English professional snooker player.

O'Connor turned professional in 2018 after winning the 2018 EBSA European Snooker Championship, earning a two-year tour card. He reached the semi-finals of the 2019 Welsh Open, defeating the likes of Ding Junhui and Ryan Day before losing to Stuart Bingham. This run helped him climb the world rankings.

He qualified for the Crucible Theatre to compete in the 2022 World Snooker Championship, where he lost in the first round to Mark Selby.

O'Connor is known for his solid all-round game and tactical prowess. His highest ranking to date is within the top 64.
