Jimmy Maher (hurler)

Jimmy Maher (born 1979) is an Irish retired hurler who played as a right corner-forward for the Tipperary senior team.

Maher enjoyed a successful inter-county career, winning two All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championships in 2001 and 2010. He also secured four Munster Senior Hurling Championships, two National Hurling League titles, and an All-Star award in 2002.

At club level, Maher played for Borris–Ileigh. He was known for his pace, skill, and scoring ability. He retired from inter-county hurling in 2013.
