Rory Hayes (hurler)

Rory Hayes is an Irish hurler who plays as a corner-back for the Clare senior hurling team and the Wolfe Tones na Sionna club.

Hayes first came to prominence at inter-county level as a member of the Clare minor and under-21 hurling teams, winning an All-Ireland Under-21 Hurling Championship medal in 2014. He subsequently joined the Clare senior panel and has been a regular member of the team since.

At club level, Hayes has enjoyed success with Wolfe Tones na Sionna, winning Clare Senior Hurling Championship titles. He is known for his tenacious defending and strong tackling ability.
