Jar, Iran
Jar
A jar is a rigid, cylindrical or slightly conical container, typically made of glass, ceramic, or plastic, with a wide mouth or opening. Jars are commonly used for storing food, liquids, or other objects. They are often sealed with a lid or cover to preserve the contents and prevent contamination. The size and shape of jars vary considerably depending on their intended use. Examples include canning jars (used for preserving fruits and vegetables), storage jars (for general household use), and decorative jars (for aesthetic purposes). The term "jar" can also refer to the amount that a jar can hold, as in "a jar of jam."
